Send the exact board, FPGA, seller link, and enumeration details before purchasing.

Full firmware coverage and supported anti-cheats are listed on the SylnarCore DMA firmware page.

02 / BIOS and platform

Settings reviewed during a check

  • IOMMU, Intel VT-d, or AMD-Vi state
  • Kernel DMA Protection and PCIe ACS / isolation
  • Thunderbolt and external PCIe security policy
  • Above 4G Decoding and Resizable BAR
  • ASPM and PCIe power management
  • BIOS version, PCIe slot wiring, and lane sharing
03 / What to send

Your compatibility checklist

  • DMA board model and FPGA chip/model
  • Board seller and product link when available
  • Motherboard and CPU models
  • BIOS and Windows 10/11 versions
  • IOMMU / VT-d / AMD-Vi and Secure Boot states
  • Whether the board currently enumerates in Device Manager
04 / Compatibility FAQ

Which DMA boards work with SylnarCore firmware?

The primary targets are Artix-7 XC7A75T and XC7A100T boards. CaptainDMA and other layouts need staff confirmation before purchase.

Does a newer motherboard automatically mean my DMA setup is incompatible?

No. Newer X670, X870, X870E, Z790, and Z890 boards often have stricter PCIe and DMA security defaults, but that does not automatically make them incompatible. BIOS settings, slot wiring, and platform behavior still need review.

What should I send for a DMA compatibility check?

Send your DMA board and FPGA model, seller link, motherboard and CPU models, BIOS and Windows versions, IOMMU and Secure Boot states, and whether the board enumerates in Device Manager.

Do CS2 and Wardogs use the same second-PC requirements?

Yes. Sylnar CS2 and Wardogs use the same second-Windows-PC model: a supported DMA capture card, a Makcu input device, and a monitor or capture path for the second machine.
