Refund Policy
Last updated 7 August 2026
This Refund Policy explains when refunds are and are not available for purchases of Sylnar subscriptions. It forms part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of Service. By purchasing, you agree to this policy.
1. Digital goods, delivered immediately
Sylnar sells access to digital software as a time-limited subscription. Access is provisioned immediately once your payment settles, so a subscription is treated as delivered and consumed as soon as it becomes active.
2. Immediate-access acknowledgement (EU/EEA)
If you are a consumer in the EU or EEA, you normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a distance purchase. By purchasing and gaining immediate access to the software, you expressly request that we begin providing the digital content immediately and you acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal once access has been provided. Where the law nonetheless grants you a non-waivable right, that right is unaffected by this policy.
3. Cryptocurrency payments are final
Payments are made in cryptocurrency and are technically irreversible: they cannot be reversed, recalled, or charged back once confirmed on the network. Any refund that we choose to grant is made at our discretion, in cryptocurrency, to an address you provide, and may be reduced by the network and processing fees actually incurred. Exchange-rate movement between your payment and any refund is not our responsibility.
4. When you are not entitled to a refund
All sales are final. In particular, refunds are not provided for:
- change of mind after access has been provided;
- the outcome of using, or choosing not to use, the software, including any restriction, suspension, or loss of a third-party account, and you accept these risks under our Terms;
- compatibility, hardware, or setup issues you could have checked before purchasing, or a failure to meet the stated requirements;
- the remaining, unused portion of a subscription period;
- violations of our Terms of Service, including sharing, reselling, or abuse, which may result in termination without refund;
- an underpaid, overpaid, or wrong-network cryptocurrency transfer caused by your own error.
5. When we may issue a refund or credit
We want you to get what you paid for. At our discretion, we may issue a refund or account credit if:
- your payment settled but access was never provisioned to your account due to a fault on our side, and we are unable to resolve it; or
- you were charged for a duplicate payment for the same subscription period.
In these cases we will normally prefer to fix the problem or extend your access rather than reverse the payment.
6. How to request a refund
Open a support ticket from your dashboard within 7 days of the payment. Include the email on your account, the payment or order reference, and a clear description of the problem. We aim to review eligible requests promptly.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase. Any change is reflected in the “Last updated” date above.
